What is a ZIM file?

ZIM is a compressed archive format used to store entire websites offline, commonly used by projects like Kiwix and for offline Wikipedia access. web2epub can read ZIM archives directly and convert selected pages into EPUB.

What is an MHTML file?

MHTML is an aggregated HTML format used for archiving webpages, most mobile browsers will have a download button to download the current webpage as an MHTML file, although they often don't include the extension with the file.

Do you keep a copy of the pages I convert?

No. No data leaves your device and all conversion is done locally. See the privacy policy for details.

Will images be included in the EPUB file?

EPUBs epxorted will be text only.

Is there an Iphone version?

Currently web2epub is only available on the Google Play store for android phones.
